"What is Your Why??"

You've no doubt been questioned about this on several occasions and I don't even recall how long it took me to truly figure out what that question meant.

You see your why is what motivates and really drives you on.

If it's forceful enough, you will do absolutely whatever is required to achieve the outcomes that you crave for yourself.

Likewise if it's not acute enough, this business is so hard that you will become one of those who fail.

When you're new to internet marketing it's easy to get carried away with the idea of making oodles of money and that's a factor that not many of us don't affirm as one aspect of our reason for doing this business. Yet that factor alone will not be enough to maintain you and keep you picking yourself up, brushing yourself off and keeping going when the going gets arduous..

Your why has to be an internal factor, for it to compel you hard enough to keep pushing you forward when all you want to do is sit in the corner and lick your wounds, it has to be something that you get real excited about in it's own right, something that makes you feel exceptional regardless of whether you have enough money to pay your bills.

Finding your why is what empowers you to stop chasing people and start drawing them to you, when you realise what makes you tick, what really drives you and you tap into that, others relate to the confidence and the enhanced self awareness that generates and they start to be drawn by that confidence.

When you first began, were you told to draft your warm list and approach them (family, friends, work colleagues), that's chasing, and it's a sure fire way to get those people switched off and avoiding you. Sure if you're fortunate you may have a few people on that list who are excited and agreeable to do whatever it takes, but in all fairness, aren't there far more people on that list who switch off as soon as you start talking about your business? Learn to avoid them before they start to avoid you and brand you as the guy or gal that they least want to spend time with.

It's vital for you to take control of the situation if you want to stop chasing & start attracting prospects to you - make a conscious choice to spend time and energy on people who want to move along with you rather than those who expect so much help to take a step or two that they lure you backwards constantly.
